Our team makes sure everything related to money runs smoothly and securely. We handle invoices, payments, reports, and ensure compliance with all financial standards. In short – we keep the financial engine of the company running.
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
We manage invoices and payments – from verification and processing to travel expense settlements. We prepare payment proposals, create reports on outstanding items, and support local teams with AR reporting, like aging reports.
Treasury
We take care of cash flow. That means handling bank statements, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and forecasting future cash needs. We also manage liquidity and foreign exchange settlements.
General Ledger, Fixed Assets & Controlling
This area focuses on accounting records and financial reporting. We prepare journal entries, perform month-end closings, analyze results, and handle intercompany reporting. We also manage fixed assets – from capitalization to disposal – and create tailored reports for management.
Finance Master Data
We ensure the quality and security of financial data. Our team creates and maintains vendor and client records, making sure information flows correctly. We also help protect the organization against fraud attempts.
HAVI manages global purchasing of goods and services worth billions of dollars each year, working with thousands of suppliers worldwide. The Material Planning & Procurement team focuses on optimizing core business activities for the company and its customers.
Master Data

End-to-End Procurement & Material Planning
Responsible for maintaining efficient goods flow between suppliers and customers, including forecasting, material requirements planning (MRP), load building, inbound balancing, order placement, inventory management, and handling inbound/outbound claims.
Supply Chain Analytics & Business Intelligence
This area transforms data into actionable insights through advanced analytics and visualizations, helping identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency across the supply chain.
Global Planning is all about making supply chains smarter and more efficient. The team supports restaurant order planning through advanced analytics and digital tools. This includes daily sales forecasting, delivery optimization, inventory management to prevent stockouts, and promotion planning – all within the Global Planning Analytics framework. These processes enable better decision-making and seamless operations across markets.
Demand Forecasting & Promotion Planning
Within this area, the key processes focus on aligning product availability with market needs. The first aspect involves creating accurate forecasts to anticipate customer demand. This includes analyzing historical sales data, monitoring market trends, and planning promotional activities that respond to changing conditions. Every action is guided by a deep understanding of business priorities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Inventory & Supply Planning
The second aspect ensures seamless product flow and optimal inventory levels. It covers monitoring availability across different locations, preparing daily order proposals, and defining safety stock thresholds. The ultimate goal is to maintain high product availability and efficient order fulfillment throughout the network.

None of these activities would be possible without Master Data, which ensures the accuracy and consistency of information related to the supply chain and promotions, providing a solid foundation for all processes.
Technology is HAVI’s fastest-growing area, driving innovation and digital transformation across the organization. Our main hubs in Lisbon and Kraków design, maintain, and enhance systems to ensure efficiency and alignment with business needs.
ERP Solutions & SAP Specialization
In Kraków, teams specialize in ERP solutions, with SAP as the core platform supporting global processes. Their work includes translating business requirements into functional specifications, designing solutions, testing, troubleshooting, and preparing documentation and training materials. Close collaboration with business users, IT teams, and external partners ensures successful implementation and adoption.
Technology professionals continuously expand their expertise, staying current with industry trends and SAP best practices to optimize systems and streamline processes.

Our recruitment process at HAVI is simple and transparent. It starts with an online application, followed by a 30-minute phone interview with a dedicated recruiter, conducted in English and Polish. If you are successful, the next step is a video interview or face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager and recruiter. There may also be an optional case study, which we always inform you about beforehand. We aim to make every step smooth and friendly, so you feel comfortable throughout. Feedback is provided at the end of the process.
